🌿 Sage & Stitch Return Policy

At Sage & Stitch, each item is thoughtfully handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, apothecary products (including salves, body whips, deodorants, lip balms, and other personal care items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom or personalized items, including custom embroidery, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Non-Custom, Non-Personal Care Items

Unused, non-custom items (such as standard embroidered towels) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
